We accept returns on Clek car and booster seats as long as they meet the following criteria: (no returns accepted on any accessories)
We will refund the cost of the applicable product (excluding shipping) once our quality control team has reviewed and completed their inspection and confirms it meets the above noted criteria. We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit if returned product fails to meet these criteria.
If the product is damaged at the time of purchase/arrival, we will happily send a replacement and provide a label for you to return the seat. Please provide photos, manufacturing date and serial number for our records. Click here to find out how to locate the date of manufacturing and serial number associated with your specific seat.
You will be required to print and attach both the return label(s), as well as the customs invoice(s), to the product box(es) and take your box(es) to an authorized UPS drop-off location to ship.

We do not accept returns on accessories, including: infant-thingy, mat-thingy, drink-thingy, strap-thingy, cleaning kit, q-tether, and unbuckle me. Replacement parts are also non-refundable.
You may cancel an order during the processing stage of the order by calling or emailing us with your order confirmation number at 1-866-656-2462 or email@example.com. Once your order has been provided a tracking number it is too late to cancel, but you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy above.
We honor promotional pricing on orders placed within fourteen (14) days before the start of a promotion (with the exception of national selling holidays such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day).
If you purchase a product directly from us and that product is both in-stock and available at a lower price on our website during a sale event (within 14 days of your original purchase date), we will happily refund you the price difference.
