We accept returns on Clek car seats, booster seats and accessories (excluding the q-tether and p-thingy) if they meet the following criteria:

  • All products are unused and in original packaging with a valid receipt from Clekinc.ca. 
  • Tags, manuals, and labels still attached.  
  • Return is processed within thirty (30) days from the date the product was delivered 

Product Return Terms and Conditions:

  • Please be aware that it may take up to 4 weeks for us to inspect the returned item and process your refund.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.
  • If returned merchandise is found to have been used, is damaged, is improperly packaged (you will be provided proper packaging instructions), does not match your original purchase or otherwise fails to meet our return requirements as outlined above, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% or – if inspected and found to be in unsellable condition - will be returned to you (plus additional return shipping charges).
  • Please note that items returned without prior authorization from Clek will not be accepted for a refund.
  • Exchanges of items may be permitted, subject to approval by our Customer Service team. Please contact us at customerservice@clekinc.com if you are interested in an exchange.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Your return must be shipped back within 14 days after receipt of the return shipping label.

To begin the return process, you will need your order # along with the email address associated with your order.

For return shipments, you will be required to print and attach both the return label(s), as well as the customs invoice(s), to the original product box(es) and take your box(es) to an authorized UPS drop-off location to ship. (We will provide the needed return label(s) and customs invoice(s).)

We do not accept returns on q-tether, p-thingy or items marked Open Box. Replacement parts are also non-refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order during the processing stage of the order by calling or emailing us with your order confirmation number at 1-866-656-2462 or by emailing us at customerservice@clekinc.com. However, Once a shipping label has been created, it may be too late to cancel. However, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy above.  

Promotional Price Guarantee

We honour promotional pricing on orders placed within fourteen (14) days before the start of a promotion (except for national selling holidays such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day).  

Here’s How It Works:  

If you purchase a product directly from us and that product is both in-stock and available at a lower price on our website during a sale event (within 14 days of your original purchase date), we will happily refund you the price difference.
